- Annotation: The relevance of the scientific article is determined by the need to find effective mechanisms for the formation of social responsibility of students as a priority task of the state youth policy. The purpose of this study is to present and substantiate a dynamic model of the formation of social responsibility of university students in professionally oriented volunteer activities. The model was developed based on the results of a comprehensive analysis of theoretical approaches to the problem of social responsibility formation, generalization of experience in the practice of social responsibility formation of university students, as well as research on the implementation of professionally oriented volunteer activities in educational institutions of higher education in the Russian Federation. The dynamic model is represented by three interrelated vectors: subjective, reflecting the dynamics of the expansion of the zone of social responsibility of students; activity-based, which captures the complexity of the content of the activity and the growth of its social effect; normative-environmental, describing the transformation of the pedagogical position and environmental conditions of the university. The dynamics of movement along the vectors is determined by the logic of successive stages: the stage of adaptation, the stage of identification, the stage of initiative. The practical significance of the research lies in the fact that the presented model can serve as a basis for designing educational work at a university, ensuring the controlled and sustainable development of social responsibility of future specialists.
