Annotation: Modern society places new demands on educational institutions aimed at developing students' adaptive abilities, thereby increasing their resilience. Developing adolescent resilience is a pedagogically organized educational process in which, subject to a number of pedagogical conditions, adolescents develop resilience to adverse environmental influences. The research objective is to determine the educational potential of the extracurricular activity course “Talking about important things” in developing adolescent resilience in an educational institution. The author proposes methodological approaches for developing adolescent resilience within the extracurricular activity course “Talking about important things”. To assess the significance of incorporating thematic modules aimed at developing resilience, a survey was conducted among representatives of the teaching community, with 44 respondents participating. Based on the survey results, the most effective forms of educational work suitable for achieving this objective were identified. These methodological approaches can be used to teach the “Talking about important things” course, as well as as additional resources for developing adolescent resilience. The study is theoretical and methodological in nature and is limited to the development of methodological recommendations and proposals for incorporating elements of resilience development into the extracurricular activities of an educational organization.
