- Annotation: The article presents the main results of evaluating the effectiveness of educational seminars in shaping the willingness of students to volunteer in the field of HIV prevention in 2023 and 2024, which demonstrate a high level of awareness and interest of young people to the problem. The preferred forms of volunteer activity and the qualities that, in the opinion of the respondents, a volunteer should possess have been identified. The work model of the student association “PROHIV” and its experience in comparative data analysis over two years are presented, which allows us to trace the dynamics and the change of emphasis in the work (from the search for motivation in 2023 to destigmatization in 2024). Originality is manifested in a practice-oriented approach, when research is an integral part of a training seminar and a tool for attracting volunteers.
