Annotation: The article presents a set of tools for measuring the effectiveness of in-house teacher training in the process of forming their tutor position. The need for teachers in educational institutions who adhere to the principles of humanistic pedagogy is a consequence of new government demands in the field of educational policy for the individualization of educational activities, which are conducted by teachers with a tutor position. The formation of a tutor's position in the format of in-house training requires the provision of pedagogical conditions conducive to successful learning. One of these pedagogical conditions is the diagnosis of the level of formation of a tutor's position among teaching staff at all stages of training. Diagnostics serves as a multifunctional tool for monitoring and evaluating the quality of the educational process, allows for timely adjustments to the learning process, and is also a stimulating and motivational factor in professional growth for students. In the course of the research, criteria and indicators of the formation of a tutor's position were determined. Diagnostic materials and methods of their processing have been developed to identify changes in the formation of a tutor's position. The article presents questionnaires and tests that make it possible to measure the level of formation of the tutor's position of a teacher at the entrance, intermediate and final diagnostics and to evaluate the effectiveness of the in-house learning process.
