- Annotation: This article presents an analysis of pedagogical and psychological literature on the study of emotional intelligence, the development of a subjective position and pedagogical support. The structure of emotional intelligence is considered. The factors of pedagogical conditions for the development of emotional intelligence in older adolescents are identified. A unique model of organizing psychological and pedagogical conditions for the development of emotional intelligence is described. The process of developing the subjectivity of older adolescents in relation to emotional intelligence is considered. Based on the analysis of the literature, a conclusion is made on how pedagogical support, carried out in various forms and methods, can become an effective means of developing emotional intelligence. The results of the study can be used by teachers, psychologists and other specialists working in the field of education to improve the effectiveness of the educational process and promote the comprehensive development of the personality of older adolescents.
