- Annotation: The article is devoted to the problem of developing adolescents' readiness to choose a military profession. Within the framework of the study, a model was developed and tested, which includes three organizational and pedagogical conditions: interaction between a military university and an educational organization through the implementation of additional pre-profile education programs; implementation of subject-oriented technologies for developing in adolescents a personal meaning of serving the Russian state; integration of teachers involved in the process of developing adolescents' readiness to choose a military profession. The main objective of the article is to theoretically substantiate and verify the effectiveness of these organizational and pedagogical conditions aimed at developing adolescents' readiness to choose a military profession. To evaluate the effectiveness, a set of diagnostic methods was used: the author's express questionnaire “Readiness of adolescents for military-professional activity”, an adapted questionnaire for express assessment of an individual's psychological readiness to perform service activities (A.Yu. Akimova, M.D. Sozinova), and a questionnaire “Focus on military-professional activity” (V.A. Gubin, A.L. Zagoryuev). The results of the study demonstrated the high effectiveness of the implemented pedagogical conditions, demonstrating a positive trend in the readiness of adolescents to choose a military profession in the experimental group, which proves the effectiveness of the experimental work carried out.
