- Annotation: This article covers the 1st All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference (October 16–17, 2025, Kostroma State University), organized in partnership with KSU, the NeuroNet 4.0 Infrastructure Center, and Neurobotics, with the support of the Front Med Foundation and Sovcombank. It explores the essence and goals of neuroergonomics as a science at the intersection of neurocognitive research, occupational psychology, engineering psychology, pedagogy, and IT (transitioning from the study of cognitive functions to the development of adapted technological and social tools). The conference is recognized as: the first large-scale event to shape the general paradigm of neuroergonomics in Russia; the culmination of the initial stage of the field's development; and a platform for developing applied tools in the field of human-machine interaction, labor, and education.
