Annotation: This article addresses the pressing issue of developing a digital culture among future teachers in the context of a university's nurturing environment. It analyzes the concepts of “nurturing environmentˮ and its structural components. It is demonstrated that modern teacher training should focus not so much on mastering digital tools as on developing a holistic digital culture through the lens of a values-based approach. The article presents practical experience in saturating each component of the environment with variable digital tools: from digitalizing university traditions and creating content using neural networks to organizing digital rituals of emotional support. The empirical basis of the study was formed by the results of a focus group, which revealed the transformation of students' professional identity and the development of a conscious, value-oriented attitude toward digital technologies. It is concluded that a university's nurturing environment is becoming a key condition for preparing teachers capable of effective professional practice in the digital age. The practical significance lies in the development of specific methodological solutions for integrating digital tools into the educational work of a university. The proposed approaches can be adapted to university practice to foster the digital culture of future teachers, which aligns with the current realities of the education system.
