Annotation: Biofeedback (BFB) is considered an integrative psychophysiological technology aimed at restoring impaired regulatory mechanisms and reducing the impact of chronic stress on somatic and mental health. This paper presents data from clinical studies on the efficacy of various modalities of biofeedback in the treatment of psychosomatic and neurosomatopsychic disorders, particularly arterial hypertension. A comprehensive analysis of treatment efficacy combining pharmacological therapy with biofeedback training was conducted in 56 working professionals with arterial hypertension. Patients were divided into experimental and control groups receiving pharmacological therapy with and without biofeedback training, respectively. The results demonstrated that the combination of pharmacological therapy and biofeedback training improves blood pressure indices, reduces anxiety levels, and enhances the functional state of the central nervous system. The significance of personal factors in the method's efficacy was noted, which aligns the approach with psychotherapeutic methods. The practical significance of this work lies in confirming the promise of implementing biofeedback technologies in comprehensive treatment and prevention of psychosomatic disorders in working populations.
