Annotation: The article analyzes intersex differences and features of value-semantic orientations in the prosocial behavior of volunteers. Theoretical approaches to understanding the intersex features of volunteer work are considered. The results of an empirical study conducted in 2024. The study involved 293 respondents: 152 women aged 18 to 73 years (M = 39.5) and 141 men aged 18 to 62 years (M = 35.7). The aim is to identify common and specific features of value–semantic orientations in the prosocial behavior of volunteers, taking into account gender differences. The results of the study showed that volunteering as a form of prosocial behavior for men and women has invariant characteristics and specific features that are associated with a number of socio-psychological factors. Regardless of gender, volunteers have a similar value profile. At the same time, the intersex specificity of volunteer activity is manifested in the nuances of motivation and interpretation of the meanings of the activity. Motivation can be defined as gender-typical.
