- Annotation: The article examines the experience of teachers' training for the formation of Russian traditional spiritual and moral values among elementary school students as one of the key tasks of modern education, since it is at this age that the foundations of a person's worldview are laid. Attention is focused on the need to improve the skills of teachers working with primary school children in the field of spiritual and moral education. On the basis of the Autonomous Non-profit Organization for the Promotion of Humanitarian Education “KLEVER LABˮ (ANO “KLEVERLABˮ), the content of ten programs aimed at solving the problems of spiritual and moral education is proposed, the pedagogical means used for this purpose are considered: forms, methods, technologies. Methods have been developed to study and evaluate the quality of primary school teachers' training for the formation of traditional Russian values. The effectiveness of the programs offered for teachers, their development is confirmed by the results of the survey, feedback from listeners. The value of KLEVERLAB training is that students of these courses become supervisors and organizers of advanced training for elementary school teachers in their regions. The experience of training primary school teachers and the materials obtained can be used in the practical activities of teachers, methodologists, heads of educational institutions, teachers of vocational education, as well as in the system of advanced training of education workers.
