- Annotation: The article is devoted to the problem of developing professional initiative of specialists in the conditions of internal corporate training. A contradiction has been discovered between the social and state order for a learning adult with a developed personal quality of professional initiative and the absence of an educational order from the corporation - the customer, taking into account the specifics of the formation of personal qualities, which would be aimed at the formation of initiative, implemented in the system of internal corporate training. Two aspects that make up the theoretical foundations of the problem of the formation of professional initiative are considered: the content of the term “professional initiative” of the student and the understanding of the structure of internal corporate training as a subsystem designed and implemented by the corporation to achieve its goals in the development of human capital. The role of enterprise management in creating an educational order for internal corporate training and influencing through it the process and results of the formation of professional initiative of specialists is determined. Taking into account the mechanics of the emergence of an educational order, through a dedicated structural unit of the internal corporate training system, which we define as an “educational order point,” we show the experience of changing an educational order in order to increase the impact on the personal quality being formed.
