- Annotation: To prevent negative trends in the development of young people immersed in the digital environment, it is proposed to increase intellectual activity when interacting with digital information resources in education. Considering intellectual activity as the degree of intellectual effort spent on the process of searching for the unknown in the knowledge to be assimilated, in the digital educational environment, it is necessary to intensify the intellectual actions of students to extract knowledge from digital information. It is proposed to strengthen instrumental-transformative interactions with digital information resources through intellectual operations (analysis, synthesis, generalization, coding, etc.) using digital tools. The results of intellectual operations are stored in digital information products and become the subject of analysis and correction of both teachers and students themselves, revealing the dynamics of their intellectual development.
